Invitation from NERPS, Hiroshima University to The NERPS Conference 2023

The following information was received from Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability (NERPS), Hiroshima University.

The Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability (NERPS) at Hiroshima University and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) will jointly host the NERPS Conference 2023 – the second edition of the Hiroshima International Conference on Peace and Sustainability – from February 28 to March 3, 2023, in Thailand.

Following the success of the first Hiroshima International Conference on Peace and Sustainability (HICPS 2022), the NERPS Conference 2023 is a platform to facilitate continued inter- and trans-disciplinary research and policy conversations among students, researchers, and practitioners working on issues related to peace, sustainability, or their nexus. The theme of this conference “Bridging Peace and Sustainability amidst Global Transformations” will focus on various pathways that bridge peace promotion and sustainable development.

We are now calling for abstracts. Please visit the conference website: NERPS Conference 2023 in Thailand. You are encouraged to take part actively in the conference.

There will be two outlets for having your manuscripts published: an edited book published by Springer and a special issue published in an Elsevier or another publisher’s journal. We encourage authors to attach their full papers during the submission for consideration into these publication options.

The Scientific Committee of the conference will select the best papers and best presentations for student and professional categories. Awardees will receive a certificate, a set of NERPS merchandise, and free registration for the next NERPS conference.
