Future Earth has released information on the Pathways Communication Grants program.

The Pathways Communication Grants program

To address the global challenges we are facing, it is essential to bridge the gap between academia and society and to foster collaboration with other members of society. The Science-Based Pathways for Sustainability Initiative of Future Earth has launched the Pathways Communication Grants program, whose objective is to disseminate to a wide range of people in society knowledge regarding the path to a sustainable future and to promote the understanding and uptake of that knowledge through the promotion of innovative science communication.

Researchers, including PhD students, at universities or research institutions are invited to submit proposals for communication products that aim to disseminate outcomes developed in inter- and/or trans-disciplinary research projects and that target the broader public. The call for proposals is open for a 1-year period, with awardees selected every 4 months.

The deadline for the first selection is January 31, 2022.
